To build a good skincare regimen that works well for you doesn’t mean you need many products to achieve a healthy and vibrant looking skin and complexion. In order to expect great results with your skincare regimen, there has to be patience and consistency. Once you have determined your skin type and you are able to distinguish your main skin concerns, you will be able to get the right products to use.

The goals of a good skin care regimen are; to improve the health, the complexion and to target the problematic areas of the skin. The main steps to a great skincare regimen are; cleansing, moisturizing and applying sunscreen.


This is the most basic and essential step. A good cleanser is simply supposed to cleanse your face by removing dirt, make up and other environmental pollutants that our skin comes in contact with, without stripping the skin’s healthy oils. Using a wrong cleanser can have damaging effects to the skin like making the existing conditions worse.

Wearing sunscreen.

It is advised to apply sunscreen 15-20 minutes before sun exposure and also during the day you need to reapply depending on where you are (indoors or outdoors).
